Conferences

ISBRA hosts an international Congress every two years. Its affiliated societies also hold regular conferences. In the case of the Research Society on Alcoholism (RSA), these are annual events. The European society for Biomedical Research on Alcoholism (ESBRA) holds biennial conferences in the years between ISBRA Congresses.

2010

The 2010 Congress will be Monday, 13 to Thursday, 16 September 2010 in Paris, and will extend on Friday 17 September 2010 with a satellite symposium in Heidelberg, Germany (Prof. H. Seitz).

Partial travel support for past ISBRA Congresses has been provided through the generous support of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), the International Society for Biomedical Research on Alcoholism (ISBRA) Board of Directors, the Japanese Medical Society of Alcohol and Drug Studies (JMSAS), and the Japanese Society of Psychiatric Research on Alcohol and we hope to be able to continue this tradition for the 15th Congress.
